Cathy has played an active role in the Bouddi community over the past fifteen years, with Pretty Beach Primary School and Coast Shelter, as well as being a major sponsor of other locally based initiatives. She is also considered one of the leading real estate agents across the Central Coast winning a number of national and state based awards, before which Cathy had experience as a qualified Interior Designer and a Human Resources Manager.

Although born in the region, Ed and his family are relatively new to the Bouddi Penisula having moved to Killcare in 2022. A chartered accountant by training Ed has over 30 years working in the financial services sector in roles ranging from Finance, Risk Management and Operations. He has worked extensively overseas in locations including London, Singapore, Hong Kon and New York as well as in Australia. Ed is currently semi-retired and spends much of his spare time volunteering at a variety of charities as well as climbing roofs with the SES. An avid trail runner, on weekends you will probably see Ed running one of the many trails across the peninsula.

Elizabeth has 16 years’ experience in real estate sales in Sydney, including a decade working with an Elite performers group.She has also worked as a corporate functions manager, and served in voluntary organisations and committees in education and welfare (including Children with Cancer). Her recent interests include supporting funding for the federal election in Robertson. Elizabeth is now retired and resides in beautiful Killcare.
